Scope of Work

Our scope encompassed end-to-end execution—from the planning, design, and fabrication of the MS structure to the installation of a Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) system. The work extended to civil, interior, and finishing activities, supported by complete MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) installations. We also managed the façade works, construction of fire and water management systems, and landscaping. Coordination with statutory authorities for approvals and certifications formed a key component of our responsibility, ensuring seamless compliance and timely delivery.

The project integrated multiple technical aspects, including precision-fabricated MS structures, high-quality PEB components, and advanced HVAC and plumbing installations.
