Scope of Work

Our scope covered end-to-end project delivery—from structural design to complete interior and utility installations. We were responsible for the supply, fabrication, and commissioning of the Pre-Engineered Building, supported by a certified Structural Stability report. The interiors were meticulously developed with high-quality partitions, false ceilings, and durable flooring solutions. Additionally, we executed the installation of glass façades with advanced glazing systems, sanitary fixtures, and electrical works in alignment with the PEB layout. This integrated scope enabled seamless coordination between architectural, civil, and MEP activities, ensuring optimal project outcomes.

The PEB structure was engineered to withstand extreme climatic conditions prevalent in the Hanle & Leh region.
